Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre previews 2026-27 season's three productions

BATON ROUGE - The Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre is kicking off its new season this Thursday evening.

The upcoming season's three performances include "Lagniappe: Classical Masterpieces and Contemporary Visions," "The Nutcracker: A Tale from the Bayou" and "Mary Poppins and the Match-Man: An Original Ballet."

Since 1960, the Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre has trained hundreds of award-winning local dancers.
