BATON ROUGE — Cleanup has begun on an overgrown canal WBRZ reported on earlier this month.

The canal runs from Aster Street on the west edge of campus at LSU.

Following a report by WBRZ, East Baton Rouge's Drainage Maintenance team conducted an inspection of the canal where they identified the vegetation and cleanup work needed at the location.
