BATON ROUGE — With head coach Will Wade using just six players for the entire game, LSU men's basketball won its scrimmage with Central Florida 85-81. In the win, five different Tigers logged 34 or more minutes, with freshman forward Jordan Bender getting 10.

All in all, the only difference between the players who played for LSU against UCF and the players who played for LSU against McNeese is that freshman center Strake Pearson did not see any time against the Knights.

5th-year senior guard Donovan Dent really popped on the floor for LSU. The UCLA transfer turned in a double-double performance with 21 points and 11 rebounds. The rest of the Tigers had four assists combined.

The Tigers are still awaiting eligibility for several players, including Skyy Clark, Saliou Niang, Gilad Levy, and Brice Dessert. None of the four have seen the floor yet for LSU.

LSU has one more exhibition before the regular season starts. The Tigers play Florida State at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24.
