BATON ROUGE - A Baton Rouge man was arrested in Zachary for killing a 23-year-old in a shooting at a Dallas park, the U.S. Marshals said.

Tayjay Stephens, died after being found in a car with a gunshot wound in April 2024, KVUE said.

Catrailon Jarrell, 21, was arrested after barricading himself in the attic at a Zachary home on 6700 Royal Oaks Court. He was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison for first-degree murder, where he awaits extradition to Texas.
