PLAQUEMINE — A scheduled emergency drill test will be done in Iberville Parish on Monday morning. 

The test, which is scheduled for 10 a.m., is being done to allow the Iberville Parish Office of Emergency Preparedness to test and verify equipment following its recent move into a new Emergency Operations Center. The drilling test will include testing emergency sirens and phone systems.

"This is only a test. No action is required from the public," officials said.
