BATON ROUGE — Baton Rouge Police responded to a shooting near the intersection of N. 19th and Walnut streets on Thursday afternoon.

A police spokesman says there is one male victim with a gunshot wound to the neck. At this time, his injuries appear non-life threatening, he says.
