Village of Tangipahoa receives funding for new multipurpose center

TANGIPAHOA — The Village of Tangipahoa announced on Tuesday that it has received funding for a new multipurpose center.
The center will provide a space for community gatherings, events, and activities for residents of all ages. The town gave thanks to elected officials and community partners for helping secure the funding in a recent Facebook post.
"This is what progress looks like! Together, we are building a stronger, more vibrant Village of Tangipahoa," Mayor Virginia Gray wrote in the post.
