BATON ROUGE - A woman was arrested for allegedly putting lighter fluid on her estranged husband and another person before trying to set the pair on fire.

Arrest documents say Chrishunda Harris went to a home along North Street on Feb. 24 and told the two, "Imma kill both you," before spraying them with lighter fluid. Documents said the lighter that was in her hand failed to ignite.

Harris reportedly left the home, but police found her prints on a bottle of lighter fluid that she left behind.

Harris was booked for one count of attempted first-degree murder on Saturday, nearly eight months after the crime happened.
